Here he is, our favorite Fed Ex guy, bringing us more fabric!  We do like to see him coming in the door!
This group of fabric is necessary to help you release your inner wild child!

This is "Mind your P's and Q's from Moda!

Giant poppies are always fun to use!

More P's and Q's, separated from the other picture that it should be with.  I'm going to have to ask my computer guy (husband) what is going on with that.  All of a sudden the pictures are not loading in the order that they should be.  What's up with that!

Misc.

Terry Curry put together this quilt using "birthday blocks" she received!
Katherine Butterworth brought in this beautiful blue and white top she made!  One of these days I'm going to make a blue and white quilt!  It's on my list!

Paula Faria was in class today with Adele and worked on this quilt which is from a Bunny Hill pattern!

Jan Rafael was also back in the classroom and she showed us these cat mats she made!
They are backed with cozy fleece and any cat would be happy to lay on one of these!

This is some new La Belle Fleur fabric by French General for Moda that we received yesterday!

Sally Johnson  showed us this quilt that she made and the pattern was published online at
quiltpatternmagazine.com!
She also made this one, which was on display during Quilt Market in the Riley Blake Fabric booth!

Here's some more new French General fabric!

Willie's

Toes In The Sand has arrived!  It's a new pattern from Jaybird Quilts!
Willie is teaching it as a block of the month that is actually supposed to start tomorrow.  (weather permitting)
It will be on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 2 to 5.

So, if tomorrow is not working out for you, next month would be fine to start!  It's an awesome quilt!

Willie and Nancy have hung the things they made from the latest  Marcia Derse fabrics!

They look great in the front corner of the store!
Another class Willie is teaching is her "Bits n' Pieces" class!
It's on the first Saturday of the month and it's always a fun project!

This time she has four projects that she made using one Jelly Roll!

She made a purse, a tablerunner,
a pot and a box!  Then she used the last bit of the leftover fabric to make a mug rug!

Of course, you don't have to make all the projects, just come for the ones you would like to make!

Quilts

Noreen Couture participated in an online triangle exchange run by Edyta Sitar and this quilt was the result!
Nicole Baguley made this "Winter Wonderland" wreath out of lots of little prairie points!

Here is a couple of pictures showing details from Louise Toller's quilt, pictured below.

Notice the zebra has a ticket in her pocket and the rabbit has a ticket in her basket!  Everyone has tickets to get on the ark!  What fun!

See, here she is with the quilt!  I meant for this picture to go first, but it didn't.

Mary Wyman showed us one of her soft sculpture fabric dolls that she made!

Look at the detail and click to see all the details better!  Garden clogs, jewelry, lemon slice on her glass, dirt in the pot, ash tray and whatever she is smoking;  lots of details to see!
This is the back view!  Click to see better!

Christmas Presents!

Ricki knitted these awesome dogs for lucky people for Christmas!
She used patterns from a "Knit a Dog" book she had and made some changes to customize the dog to look like the recipient's dog!

Next year she's thinking of knitting some cats! I love the tongue on this one!

I've been using yarn, too!  I came across this yarn with giant pompoms in it and became obsessed!

I crocheted couch size blankets for various people for Christmas.

My sister Kathy liked the brown-gray-black mix of colors and pompoms!  For some reason it reminded of her of squirrels.

Here's my brother in law back home on his couch!

This is the black one, with my cat Jack blending in!

I made a purple one!

My favorite one was red and pink, of course!  I kept that one!

This one was lighter purples and grays.

This is my silver one, the only one without pompoms!

I  made seven between the beginning on November and Christmas.  And nine scarves that I don't have pictures of.  I told you I was obsessed!  I did get a little quilting done too!
