Coming Up With Adele
Adele's classes coming up let you use a couple of rulers you may not be familiar with. In April you can make something like this Promise Ring quilt using the "Leaves Galore Ruler".
Coming up in March you can play with a 60 degree ruler and make any pattern that uses one! The book "Sizzlin Sixties" has lots of ideas and there's a lot of patterns around that use that ruler.
Or, as usual, you can come and work on whatever you're currently working on!
Sign up soon!

Marie's Wallhangings
Marie Spadaro's Wallhangings are on display this month at Tumbleweed!
She does fusible appliqué and lots of machine quilting!
She will be at the shop on Wednesday, February 20 from 10 to 1 to show anyone who signs up how to do it. It's fun and easy.
She will guide you cutting and fusing a simple shape and show you how she machine quilts it. It is an opportunity to play with machine quilting.
The techniques will work for any fabric style!
Marie recently came in to show us the wallhanging below on the left and then went home and made three more! She used the same thread colors in the same places on each of the wallhangings but used a different background on each wallhanging. Click to see how different the same thread looks on different backgrounds!
Here's a closer look!
So, come in and play on February 20!

Quilts!
Cheryl Kelley made this beautiful blue and white Irish Chain quilt and hand quilted it!
She quilted it over a period of about 18 months and now it's done! The quilting designs are done using a variegated thread and really look great!Cheryl (on the left) and her proud Mom, Ursula, held it up so we could see it in it's full glory!
Ursula is also a quilter and had a couple of bright table runners for us to see!
Marion Dooley has a couple of table toppers finished and
one that may be a tabletopper or it may "grow" into something else! Time will tell!
