Quilts!

Becky MacDonald brought in her quilt top to show us!
It is made from the Kaffe Fassett book "Quilt Romance"!

Mary and Ann stopped by at the end of their annual (17th) trip to Provincetown!  These two sisters had a great time as usual!  They worked on finishing projects this year including a needlepoint, small hand pieced quilt and a rug knitted from t-shirts.

Ellie Ringer bought the fabric on a Thursday and was back on Saturday with the top done!  It came out great - a perfect Cape Cod throw or baby quilt!

Valerie Smith made this adorable dinosaur quilt!

Wednesday

Pictured is Susan Hebb next to a quilt she made that is to be raffled off at her church.
The quilt is beautiful!  She hand appliquéd and quilted it!

The quilt is actually reversible!  Here's the back, with lots of birds!  Click it to see better.  Susan said that men seem to like the back better and women the front.  Interesting!

Here's the label, the church doing the raffle is St. Peter's Church in Buzzards Bay.

Barbara Finnerty made this quilt!

The floral fabric is actually from our 99 cents a yard table!  Amazing!

Barbara also made this quilt!  This pattern was a mystery quilt for the Crazy Quilters Guild in Falmouth.

This is the same mystery quilt made by Sue McKinley!  Sue and Barbara are not members of the Guild but a bunch of the ladies they quilt with at Tumbleweed on Wednesday nights are so they quilted along with them!  Fun!

Terry Curry is ready to quilt her tablerunner!

Sue Latis made two baby quilts!

Anne Vogel made this baby quilt!

A "Ghastlies" display is hanging this month!  Have you met the "Ghastlies"?  They are a lovely group of people on a few lines of fabric from Alexander Henry.  We love the "Ghaatlies"!

Mary Collari made this tabletopper.  Or wallhanging, depending on where you put it.

She also made this pillowcase hanging below it!

Willie Fiedler made this quilt using all of the Ghastlie color ways; gray, pink, and green!

Mary Collari made this quilt from the "Simple Shapes, Easy Weekend Quilts" book!

Valerie Ward used an Atkinson Designs pattern called "Fire Escape" for her quilt!

Willie made this quilt using a Valerie Wells pattern called "Carry All Tote and Throw"!
