Terry Curry had these next two quilts to show us last Wednesday night during Open Sew with Ruth!

This is a nursery rhyme quilt that is punch needled!  Donna Brouillard made it and came in to pick out borders!

The detail is amazing!

 Debbie Zeida made these bumper pads for her Grandson, James, and machine embroidered his name on them!

Sewing With Nancy!

Some of the ladies that spent Saturday in the classroom "Sewing with Nancy" shared some of their work with us!

Chelsea combined two quilts she had seen and made this chevron and houses quilt!

Chelsea is almost done with the borders on this one!  One more border on each of the sides to go!

Reinette showed us this one made with Disney Princess fabric!  Click it to see the Princesses better!

This is the back, more Princesses!  The lucky girl she made this for is going to love it!

Ann made this well thought out scrappy quilt!  I love how she used the solid colors!  

Nellie got a lot done on her Yellow Brick Road quilt!  She even got it layered!

May made a tablerunner!  The colors remind me of the beach!

TUMBLEWEED WILL BE CLOSED SUNDAY FOR MOTHER'S DAY!!!

A few years ago a lot of the ladies attending Thursday morning Studio Club made circle skirts and wore them out to lunch.  Barbara Oliver took her skirt and made this quilt out of it!  The red floral fabric was her skirt!

This is the back!  

Claire Mabbett made this quilt!  I like the use of the striped fabric for the star points!

Maryanne Bowman machine quilted it for her!

Mickey Heath made this quilt using the skeleton toile fabric!

Jean Klimm made this beautiful rose covered quilt!  Maryanne Bowman quilted it for her!

This comic appeared in the Cape Cod Times a couple of weeks ago!  I love it when there's a "mainstream" quilter reference!
