Have you ever seen a brussels sprouts Christmas tree?
Barbara Finnerty made this big tree skirt for her sister Sue McKinley's daughter-in-law, Raina.
Each of the blocks around the outer edge is a page from "The Night Before Christmas!"
Carol Antis was almost done with this pictorial quilt. 
And a good time was had by all!

I thought I'd show you a bunch of handmade ornaments I've accumulated over the years. The balsa wood sled pictured above was a Brownie project one year. I made a lot of the snowmen one time. This Santa is fun and easy to make.
The cross stitch snowflake is from the 70's. I did a lot of cross stitch back then. The candy canes were when my kids were preschool age. Really easy, just stacking beads on a pipe cleaner.
We made massive quantities of the skater girl bead and pipe cleaner ornament. We sold them at the Skating Club Christmas Show frequently.
My son Joel wore these sneakers as an infant. I have a picture of him wearing them. (Not handmade.)

Here's a festive lime green rocking horse I cross stitched in 1982. I still like lime green. The kids painted white satin ornaments with puffy paints one year. 
My Grandma crocheted this stocking.
Keri made the pottery snowman in high school pottery class. I made the felt stocking in the 70's. 
This ornament was given to me.
We still hang the paper ornaments made in school.
These are Keri's shoes from when she was little. A little dusty.

We made a ton of these skate ornaments during the skating years, too.
We also made the hockey skate version. I don't know how or why Odie with an Easter egg started to hang on the Christmas tree, but he's there every year.
These are just some of the ornaments we've made. It's fun to look at them every year, sometimes wondering what we were thinking!
A lot of people politely decline the offer of a doughnut. Diets and all that. 
They look over at the box and say no, but Willie encourages them to try one.
After someone ventures over and picks one, all is understood! 
She has brought zero calorie fabric doughnuts that everyone can take and enjoy!
Look at them! I love the pig! And the polar bear!

The facial expressions are amazing! 
Here's me outside the store on Monday. The forecast was for a dusting, about an inch. We had 8 to 12 inches, depending on where on the Cape you were. 
Winter is here!!
It's almost Christmas! I finished the little tree skirt for this little tree. 
I love my sewing guy Nutcracker. His spool hat, thimble shoulders and "skirt", button shield, and the needle he is holding are just great! He's keeping company with my elf, who has been around since I was a little girl.
These are a couple of my favorite kitchen Santas, the Coke bottle Santa and the Cupcake Santa.
She also showed us these two coordinating purple quilt tops she's finishing up.
Plus she had this wallhanging to show! She is a busy lady! She calls this "The Primrose Path to The County Jail." There has to be a story behind this one!
Meanwhile, Pat Farrington was working on this applique quilt.
Marianne had 6 pairs of socks finished for Christmas presents and another pair almost finished!
Charlotte was working on a necklace.
Christmas is coming quick!
We have a new shipment of Bali Pops at the store! Whoever picks the names for them must have been in a festive mood when they picked these. We have Mango Margarita, Zinfandel, Sangria, and Grasshopper!

My favorite it Mango Margarita. Bali Pops make good stocking stuffers!
A bolt of cell phone fabric arrived!
Also a bolt of video game fabric. 
There's still time to make pillowcases! They make good stocking stuffers, too.
