I have made a lot of baby quilts over the years. It seems to go in phases. I'm currently in a
baby quilt phase. It seems like a lot of family and friends are having babies lately. My
daughter seems to need a lot of quilts for her expecting friends. She calls and says she needs
a baby quilt and what the nursery "theme" is, as in "She's doing the room in dachshunds with
brown and a little blue."
I couldn't resist making this yo-yo dog to go with it.
"She's doing her room in classic Winnie The Pooh."
"She's doing her room in green and yellow."
Personally, I think that babies do leave the nursery and need a lot of different quilts. They don'tall have to match the crib.
