This morning Mary Richmond came to show the Thursday Morning Studio Group how to make paper. Here Charlotte is mixing up some pulp in a blender.

The pulp is put in a tub and they do something with a screen and it comes out like this.

Then they bring it over to the table and do something to it with a sponge.

Now they're getting fancy. Mary is showing them how to cut up plants to mix in the pulp.

Add a few rose petals.

At least that's what they told me it was. It looks like some kind of a fruity drink to me.

Wow! Sue's looks like handmade paper already! Apparently it has to dry now.

Mary will be back next Thursday to show them the next steps. Very interesting!
