Bettina Royce came in wearing this beautiful shawl she had made. It's wool, with appliqued birds and embroidery. I love it! I should have taken a picture of the back, too.

I did take a picture showing her Carpet Bag that she also made. The color doesn't show in this picture very well. It's green velvet with a purple/blue owl.

Here's a better look. The eyes are buttons from her Grandmother's dress from the 20's. The wings are a silk fabric that is gathered for texture. The flower on the right is crocheted. It's beautiful!

We got in a pile of heart fabric from Moda today. There's still time to make pillowcases for your favorite Valentine. Show the LOVE!

We also received some nautical fabric. There's jelly rolls to go with it so you can make something wonderful.
