We lucked out and didn't get the full force of Irene! The store is still closed today. There's still a lot of wind expected that will make it not a good idea to drive.
Our electricity has been blinking but so far we still haven't lost it!
Just in case we do lose it, I am ready! I have strips to cut, embroidery to finish,
a book to finish and a couple of more loaded on my reader. The reader has a nice light that allows me to read in the dark. I have hexagons to do too. Always!
